    At Michelle's Safe Place, we understand that healing is not just about physical health, but also emotional well-being. We provide a range of non-profit services, including emotional support group sessions that are held every Tuesday of the week. These sessions are designed to help individuals who are struggling with emotional trauma or navigating challenging life situations. Led by experienced professionals, our support group sessions offer a safe and confidential space where individuals can share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with others who understand and empathize with their struggles. By attending these sessions, participants can connect with others, feel validated, and gain the support and encouragement they need to move forward with their healing journey.

    We are thrilled to announce that Michelle's Safe Place will be launching a teen group session that offers free, safe, and confidential mental health support to our youth. The mental health and well-being of our teens is of utmost importance to us, and we recognize that many young people are struggling with various mental health issues. Our teen group sessions will offer a safe and inclusive space for teenagers to discuss their struggles and experiences with peers who can relate. We hope that this program will provide teenagers with the necessary resources, support, and guidance that they need to navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their full potential. We look forward to seeing the positive impact that this program will have on our community's youngest members.
