Emotional Support Group
Ages 18+
At Michelle's Safe Place, we understand that healing is not just about physical health, but also emotional well-being. We provide a range of non-profit services, including emotional support group sessions that are held every Tuesday of the week. These sessions are designed to help individuals who are struggling with emotional trauma or navigating challenging life situations. Led by experienced professionals, our support group sessions offer a safe and confidential space where individuals can share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with others who understand and empathize with their struggles. By attending these sessions, participants can connect with others, feel validated, and gain the support and encouragement they need to move forward with their healing journey.
